Free day of arrival for balneo cares

We thank you to you arrive at the spa 15 minutes earlier than your appointment

Late arrival can diminish or cancel your care

Cares are payable on your arrival

Care booking is highly recommanded, particularly on high season

 A  25% deposit will be asked to confirm your cares. It will be kept for an cancellation between 2 days and 15 days before the care programmed.It won't be kept before 15 days. The whole amount will have to be paid the day or the day before the care was programmed

Postponed cares follow the same terms of cancellation

Some treatments are not accessible for pregnant women and those who have just given birth. Ask for more information

Free entrance to swimming pool and sauna for a minimum of 13€ care

Plastic sandals are compulsary inside the Spa and Fitness Centre (for sale at the centre)

Bathrobes and towels are on display

Animals are not allowed in the Mélusine Thermal Spa and Mélusine hotel

Don't forget to bring 1 or 2 swim suits
